Hello. My name is Melanie and I am the creator of FairyTree Facepainting.​

 

I love all things creative and fell in love with face painting when my sister recruited me to face paint at my niece's birthday party. I enjoyed the creativity it allowed me and the joy it brought to the kids and adults.​ I have a full-time job in a creative field, and I face paint as a hobby.

• I believe that children's feelings and space needs to be respected.

• I believe that the process and experience is just as important as the final product. I take the time to engage with the child, talk to them, allow them to choose and make their own choices.

• I believe that every individual deserves the same level of care, respect and time. It's not about paint and move on-it's about showing them the attention.

• I believe in having fun and a magical time!
